Xperien, an IT asset disposal company based in Northriding is looking for an Administrator in the IT Asset Disposal department. The role will undertake administrative tasks, staff sales, donation and redeployment of IT equipment and ensuring the rest of the department has adequate support to work efficiently.

Key performance areas

  • Manage redeployment operations of IT assets including donations, staff sales and refurbishing.
  • Confirm customer or beneficiary requirements, payments, delivery details, handle complaints and keep detailed records.
  • Manage a schedule for collections with clients and logistics companies and ensure timeous collections.
  • Develop procedures, implement and supervise services at client’s sites to ensure onsite services are managed successfully.
  • Search for relevant tenders and ensure that all IT Asset disposal tenders are forwarded to CEO for pricing every week.
  • Develop an effective filling system and ensure all relevant documentations for the ITAD department are safely kept.
  • Take minutes in departmental meetings and uploaded to digilex timeously.
  • Prepare asset disposal reports accurately and timeously.
  • Assist with updating CRM for the department.
  • Manage the departmental diary and ensure entries are capture accurately and timely follow ups.
  • Assist with reception duties as and when required.
  • Update clients and keep them informed regarding project statuses and constraints.

 

Preferred Minimum Education and Experience

  • Previous experience in similar function
  • 2 years’ experience in an Administrative function
  • Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration/Office Administration
  • Excellent understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Xperien, an IT asset disposal company based in Northriding is looking for a Sales Assistant who will be responsible for counter & telesales as well as providing general support & technical assistance with regards to sales related matters of the company.

Key performance areas

  • Handle and respond to customer queries both on the phone and in person.
  • Visit potential clients regularly and close deals.
  • Responsible for cold calling, generating quotations and ensure that set targets are reached.
  • Assist in resolving technical problem both on the phone and in person.
  • Attend internal and external sales meetings and contribute towards the development of sales strategy to improve departmental turnover.
  • Liaise with dispatch to confirm deliveries of products, tracking number and keep customer informed of progress.
  • Make regular contact with clients aimed at improving sales and managing client relationship.
  • Ensure quotations and sales orders are generated accurately, cleared and invoiced.
  • Ensure prospective customer receive latest product information and keep reception area stocked with current product newsletters.
  • Prepare sales reports and recommend areas for improvement.

Preferred Minimum Education and Experience

  • Previous experience in similar function
  • 4 years’ experience in a Sales function
  • Tertiary Qualification in Sales

Xperien, an IT asset disposal company based in Northriding is looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to assist with bookkeeping, management of debtors and creditors, bank reconciliations and providing general support to the finance department.

Key performance areas

  • Manage and confirm payments & generate invoices.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliations of bank statements entries.
  • Obtain statements and manage follow up process until payment is received.
  • Vet applications and send for approval and load on the system.
  • Assisting in preparing financial reports, customer enquiries and general support.
  • Execute and assist with financial tasks derived from meetings.
  • Ensure accurate typing of minutes and distribute timeously.
  • Assist customers, creditors and debtors with enquiries and escalate for resolutions.
  • Manage the filing of accounts, legal documentations, physically and electronically.
  • Maintain and update a valid registration pack including, BBBEE certificate, Tax clearance, banking letter, Company & directors details.
  • Complete and update company related documentation.

Preferred Minimum Education and Experience

  • Previous experience in similar function
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a Bookkeeping function
  • Tertiary Qualification in Bookkeeping

Development Manager. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to
create and apply an effective sales strategy. This position will involve taking responsibility for all
corporates relationship management, sourcing and acquiring new business, manage & support
team with daily operations.


Key performance areas

  • Manage relationship of companies with more than 2500 staff.
  • Manage relationship of Asset Finance, Logistics and Data destruction partners respectively.
  • Negotiate annual rates with clients and suppliers, in line with inflation.
  • Generate new business by cold calling, create leads of potential clients, attend meetings, presentations and webinars.
  • Liaise with the finance department and keep record of unpaid buybacks and all other related invoices.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure conformance to procedure, manage deviation and recommend discipline.
  • Assist with marketing activities and create brand awareness.
  • Generate monthly reports for Head of Department on non-conformance, recommend disciplinary action, unpaid buybacks and invoices.

Preferred Minimum Education and Experience

  • Relevant Qualification
  • Previous experience in similar function
  • 4 years’ experience corporate sales experience
  • Tertiary Qualification in Business Management or Corporate Sales
  • Excellent understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
