New Positions

Key performance areas

  • Find prospective customers/clients and new target segment and penetrate sales in that area.
  • Building long term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Responsible for cold calling, generating quotations and ensure that set targets are

reached.

  • Attend internal and external sales meetings and contribute towards the development of

sales strategy to improve departmental turnover.

  • Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry.
  • Make regular contact with clients aimed at improving sales and managing client

relationship.

  • Ensure quotations and sales orders are generated accurately, cleared and invoiced.
  • Prepare sales reports and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Ensure prospective customers receive latest product information.

Preferred Minimum Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within sales, preferably in used IT equipment (Desktop, Laptops, Servers, etc.)
  • Must have existing clientele (Non-negotiable)
  • Must have excellent IT technical knowledge
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Tertiary qualification in IT is advantageous

Key performance areas

  • Execute brand and digital strategy through digital products (Website, email templates, social media, photography, banners, flyers, etc.).

Xperien, an IT asset disposal company based in Kya Sand  is looking for a Dispatch Assistant to be responsible for the dispatching of internal and external orders as well as the refurbishment of PC’s and providing support to relevant stakeholders.

Key performance areas:

  • Coordinate and liaise with suppliers on equipment repairs.
  • Keep sales department informed of order status.
  • Co-ordinating all internal and external dispatch processes to ensure orders are delivered timeously
  • Package and dispatch all scheduled consignments planned for the day
  • Ensure all larger (pallets) consignments are packaged before 4:00pm daily
  • Maintaining and managing the dispatch area
  • Maintaining good and professional relations with all stakeholders that interact with dispatch
  • Handling customer queries with regards to dispatch
  • Adhering to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Maintain the high packaging and presentation standard set out by the companies QMS guidelines
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of work areas
  • Completing company related documentation
  • Adhering to company timekeeping systems
  • Prepare weekly report submissions for qualitative metrics
  • Ensure daily verification by team of targets achieved
  • Maintain Records of specific job-related information as required
